Health Insurance
Keeping Datava employees healthy in all areas of life is a priority. We provide medical, dental and vision insurance for employees and their dependents. Longevity is rewarded! During years 1-2, 50% of Health, Dental and Vision Premiums are covered by Datava. After 3-5 years, Datava will contribute 75% of premiums. After 5 years Datava will contribute 100% of premiums for Health, Dental and Vision.
Disability and Life Insurance
Datava provides a $20,000 life insurance policy at no cost to employees. Additional life insurance options are available. Datava also protects employees during unexpected situations when they may be unable to work due to illness or injury. They have a long term disability program as well as optional short-term disability programs.
Employee Assistance Program
Datava provides an employee assistance program that helps employees with personal issues, planning for life events, or simply managing daily life. Through the program’s confidential counseling services, employees get a 24/7-access to qualified counselors, that they can resort to year-round if they have any personal, work-related, legal, or financial issue and need to speak to an expert for support.
